Restorative yoga

Restorative yoga is the practice of stillness. Each unique session to designed to allow your mind 

 body & spirit to rest. We do so by utilizing specific yoga positions & equipment to make each pose as comfortable as possible. Restorative yoga is for everyone, I look forward to sharing my practice with you. Currently sessions are available Thursday- Saturday with in person, travel and virtual options available.
